The objective of the Multi Utility Provider project is defined, in PATCH, as follows:

The development of a uniform pipeline network to promote sustainable industry in the Ghent-Terneuzen Canal Zone.


In this way, the approach in the port of Terneuzen will serve as a pilot for the other PATCH ports.
